iPhone Users Are Late Adopters

by Otto on August 16, 2007

I find this somewhat funny.  iPhone users are getting long printed bills from AT&T regarding their iPhone service.

Check out Gizmodo’s, The Madness Begins with a 300 Page AT&T Bill.

Is this 1987?  Why are people still choosing to get printed mail delivered bills when they can choose to get PDFs securely online?  Almost all companies are now offering eStatements, so why is it, that the people who’d everyone would consider an early adopter are not going completely digital?  I would expect they would fit the demographic far more than I would.  [ Hey you kids, get off my lawn! ]

I bet they use paper checks to pay their bills in store.
